Softotic provides software engineering, AI/ML development, mobile and web application development, cloud DevOps, and related technical services. Specific terms for individual projects are governed by separate Statements of Work or Service Agreements.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Softotic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced under client agreements are governed by the terms of those agreements.

We treat all client project information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects are defined in individual client agreements. Softotic reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softotic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK clients, and the laws of Pakistan for clients in Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or applicable legal channels.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
